General Shah Mahmood Niazi is a retired officer from the #Afghan Army; he graduated from the Royal Military Academy in the UK in 1958 and served #Afghanistan until 1990. He lost two sons during the Afghan civil war from 1992 to 1996 and a 3rd son last year to a suicide bomber. Currently, he lives in #Kandahar alone with his wife and his daughter-in-law, which he is supporting. He doesn’t accept charity or handouts.
